A typical programmer's day

Developers in our company rarely face a boring routine. As a rule, every day is spent solving various problems. Often there is an opportunity for training, but this, as a rule, is individual, and depends on the programmer’s existing experience and his activity outside of work (the presence of a pet project and a keen interest in publications on thematic platforms).

The day, as a rule, begins with summing up the work already done and voicing the tasks planned for the day.

Almost all of our working time is spent writing code and, if necessary, collegially solving complex issues to develop optimal strategies for implementing the assigned tasks.

Reviewing colleagues' code is an integral part of working in our team. We believe that code review not only helps to make a product better, but also gives each of us the opportunity to improve our professional skills.
